Do Not Call (DNC) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance Policy

At Home Remodeling LA, we are committed to respecting your privacy and complying fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all Do Not Call (DNC) regulations. This policy explains how we handle communications and protect consumer rights.

DNC Compliance

  • We honor all opt-out and Do Not Call requests within 10 business days.

  • You may opt out at any time by emailing contact@homeremodelingsla.com or by replying “STOP” to any text message.

  • We do not contact individuals listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless:

    • Prior express consent was provided, or

    • There is an existing business relationship within the past 18 months.

TCPA Compliance

  • Automated calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages are only used when legally permitted and with prior express written consent.

  • We do not send unsolicited text messages.

  • Outbound calls are placed only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time, unless a different time has been requested by the consumer.

Exemptions

We may contact you in the following situations:

  • In response to a service inquiry or estimate request
  • For appointment confirmations or project-related updates
  • For contractual, billing, or customer service matters
  • When an existing business relationship is in place

Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy by any employee, contractor, or third-party partner may result in disciplinary action, including termination of relationships where applicable.
